After attending the culinary program at Virginia College she started her professional culinary program at Homemades by Suzanne in Richmond, VA, a company that provides full service catering and has been consistently ranked first among Richmond caterers, and then back to her roots again in Petersburg, VA at Catered Affairs by Shelby.

Chef Kim has a flair for southern elegant presentations and sophisticated recipes. Her passion is the love for food.

Curtiss served as Chief Growth Officer for Edison Learning, Inc., a leading provider of education achievement service solutions. In addition, Mr. Stancil served as Vice President of Emerging Markets for Sodexo USA, and was responsible for sales, marketing operations, and business development for colleges, universities, and large, urban K-12 school districts. Mr. Stancil has held executive level positions with Procter & Gamble, L'Oreal, Gibson Greetings, First Transit, GEMS Education, and Carson Products.

Randy Dillard is an experienced and knowledgeable business development strategist. Prior to joining CurtMont Global Services, Inc., Randy served as Senior Client Executive with Verizon Communications, averaging in excess of $12 million annually in new revenue.

In addition, Mr. Caldwell is Founder and President of KC3, LLC a government relations firm. Mr. Young studied at  Georgia State University before studying at the Culinary Institute of America, where he realized his passion for food service and management and would go on to oversee over $15 million in operations sales, as well $20 million in contract volume after playing an instrumental part in bringing three B&I and secondary educational units to the company portfolio.

Eric quickly rose through the ranks in each company he worked for, achieving Regional Vice President in a quick four months, demonstrating his experience and expertise in food management.

At the young age of 16, Tia Fairley began her career in the hospitality industry working for a small family owned restaurant in her hometown of Prince George, VA. During her matriculation at Richard Bland College she worked at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, where her love for the hospitality industry really excelled.

Randy Dillard

After receiving her A.S. in Business Management, she attended Virginia State University and received her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. Her love and passion for the industry has helped her grow both professionally and personally. Ms. Fairley also dabbed in the marketing industry, working for Premiere Promotions as a Marketing Manager in Glen Allen, VA, soon finding herself enrolled in Clark Atlanta University's M.B.A Program with a concentration in Marketing. Tia was afforded the opportunity to travel abroad and study international business in Beijing, China, as well, to work with the Economic Development Center to initiate the Global Leadership Academy, an organization geared towards exposing youth to international business and travel.

After receiving her M.B.A in 2013, she returned to Petersburg, VA as the  Assistant Clubhouse Manager of the Country Club of Petersburg. Her dedication and passion for the industry has led her to CurtMont Global where she currently serves as the General Manager of Anniebell's Restaurant and Director of Operations in CurtMont's leisure division.

Mr. Caldwell has worked extensively with the Virginia General Assembly for more than 16 years. His expertise areas include, but are not limited to, healthcare, local government, technology and education. He has extensive appropriations experience and numerous fiscal successes on behalf of his clients.

Before this, he served as the state director of government relations for the American Cancer Society in Virginia. He served in this role from 2001-2013. In that role, he was responsible for establishing and carrying out the American Cancer Society's legislative agenda at the local, state and federal government levels. 

Curtiss Stancil has more than 25 years of result-oriented executive management leadership, business development, food service operations, and strategic marketing experience. Prior to the founding of CurtMont Global Services, Inc.

In addition to his experience in sales, Mr. Dillard has also worked as an Area Manager for the External Affairs/Government Relations organization for Verizon Corporate, and as a certified Project Manager during his 22-year career.

Randy has had extensive experience providing consultative sales and relationship management while working with local and state governments, K-12, and higher education accounts for Verizon. Prior to his tenure with Verizon, Mr. Dillard worked for Elite Financial, Kraft Foods, and Philip Morris USA.

Chef Kim, the Executive Chef of Anniebell's Restaurant Division, has a deep appreciation for southern food that was developed at a young age growing up in Virginia. Chef Kim was exposed to a variety of foods growing up, foods that would fuel her lifelong passion for cooking under the leadership of Chef Lara Ferry and other great
